The Solaray brand makes a "Cool Cayenne" product: a capsule with 100,000 Heat Units but blended with ginger root, so it doesn't burn in the tum-tum.

If you get into Lecithin, be sure to get the GRANULAR form, not the liquid form that comes in capsules and looks like Vitamin E capsules. The granular form is way, Way, WAY more effective.

Ha! I could sell a raindrop to a storm, eh? Hmmm.... If my current job goes South, maybe I'll try taking up that line of work.
[;^)

~ D-FensDogG
[Link:) Ferret-Faced Fascist FriendsStephen T. It's also my favorite cereal.
Haven't heard of Lecithin, but then you could sell a raindrop to a storm, so I'll look into it ;-)diedre Knighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12772557495518846226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4056672385027660073.post-42909955775750730332017-07-31T05:10:06.439-07:002017-07-31T05:10:06.439-07:00If ever I heard of a reason to live, THAT'S IT...If ever I heard of a reason to live, THAT'S IT, Brother! [:^)

Yep, the focus of the book is on cayenne and how it works to prevent and treat heart problems. But for me (and Ma) the most exciting aspect of the publication dealt with SOY LECITHIN. And part of that was because of the man I met in that health food store who got me thinking about LECITHIN. He was a walking, talking, breathing testimonial to it!!

Excellent book though, as Quinn addressed so many different herbs and alternative approaches to mainstream allopathic treatments.

I've recommended this book to countless people over the decades (along with 'WORLD WITHOUT CANCER', 'ALIVE AND WELL', and 'YOUR BODY'S MANY CRIES FOR WATER'.)

You know, to paraphrase Mark Twain: When you find you are on the side of the majority, it is time to reevaluate your position.

~ D-FensDogG
[Link:) Ferret-Faced Fascist Friends
Stephen T. I've been back on the lecithin for awhile now, but I've been seriously slacking with the cayenne. I don't want to live forever, but, I do want to live long enough to see Obama and Shrillary behind bars. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
